1. Consent and Acceptance
Attendance for assessment or treatment at Kent Sports Podiatry Ltd constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms are made available prior to your appointment via email and are also published on our website at www.kentsportspod.com/fees.
2. Fees and Payment Terms

All consultation and treatment fees are clearly listed on our website and have been emailed to patients prior to their appointment.

Kent Sports Podiatry Ltd operates on a self-payment basis. Payment is due within 7 days of the appointment date, unless payment is made on the day of treatment.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payment, and other methods as communicated at the time of booking.
3. Insurance and Third-Party Payments

If you are claiming through private medical insurance, please ensure you have obtained the necessary pre-authorisation prior to your appointment.

It is the patient’s responsibility to settle any shortfall in insurance payments. Kent Sports Podiatry Ltd will not liaise with insurers for unpaid balances.

Any outstanding balance not covered by your insurer must be paid by you within 7 days of notification.
4. Missed Appointments and Cancellations

Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments missed or cancelled with insufficient notice may be subject to the full consultation fee, at the discretion of the clinic.
5. Late Payments

Payments not received within the 7-day term may be subject to a late payment fee.

Continued failure to pay may result in referral to a debt recovery agency, with any associated costs added to the outstanding balance.
6. Changes to Terms
Kent Sports Podiatry Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. The most current version will always be available on our website.
